Once on the M25 South follow signpost for Exeter, turn off at Junction 31 for the A30 via Okehampton (do not continue on A38). Stay on the A30 for Bodmin. Then follow signposts for Indian Queens where there is a new dual carriage way (A392) that brings you directly to Newquay. When you reach the roundabout at Quintrell Downs you will have Newquay Pearl on your left and the Quintrell Inn on the right. Take the third exit to the Town Centre. This will take you to Henver Road. Carry on through 3 sets of traffic lights, this then takes you onto Mount Wise. Take your 1st right onto Grosvenor Avenue, at the bottom turn right and then take the next left.
